These are designed to help participants develop an understanding of the basic elements and scope of application of each discipline. Foundation Skills Martial Arts Programs: The Foundation Skills classes are a prerequisite to the Advance programs and are designed to help students develop an understanding of the fundamental skills required to successfully participate each discipline.
