AyuNature Wellness (ANW) is based in New Plymouth, New Zealand and is co-founded by Ayurvedic doctors and naturopaths Dr. Aseem Gautam and Dr. Raman Gautam. The wellness centre provides Ayurvedic & naturopathic health services, relaxation & therapeutic therapies and products to the local and the wider community. AyuNature is basically a unification of Ayurveda + Naturopathy. The centre believes in a healthy foundation and follows the Ayurvedic objective of: "Swasthasya Swasth Rakshanam! I facilitate personal growth programs and help people to be healthy, empowered and balanced. Some of the things I offer support with are anxiety, low self-esteem, boundary issues, hormonal imbalances, weight loss and eating disorders. My name is Michelle Yandle, I am an author, and a registered accredited health and nutrition coach serving people worldwide online. My passion is helping people to be healthier without sabotaging their relationship with food or their bodies and happier by helping them to make peace with food and themselves once and for all. My particular expertise is group coaching and doing online courses for people who struggle with a disordered relationship with food and so find themselves yo-yo dieting, self-sabotaging, eating emotionally and feeling like food controls them. When I'm not doing individual work coaching I love supervising and training other health coaches and health professionals through the Institute for Holistic Performance.
