Our Programme Prioritises -The emphasise the importance of speaking reo Maori as a daily activity -To ensure reo use remains relevant to daily life for students -To learn by listening, by feeling comfortable when reo is spoken and by experiencing reo within practical activity -To build networks of reo use with other learners, to form relationships with local community speakers and develop strategies for maintaining reo use -To run He Ata Rawea for learners in each district, Manawatu, Whanganui and Taranaki, utilising local reo and korero -To support teachers to develop and implement reo plans for their education setting. Our ropu invites you to be a part of this initiative, as a safe and measured pathway to reo use.
