Town & Country Vet has been servicing the Nelson & Tasman region's pets, livestock and lifestyle blocks with veterinary care for over 30 years. We provide day to day healthcare such as vaccinations and routine checkups. Our routine surgical offerings include de-sexing (castration and spaying), lump removal, dental procedures (tooth extraction and dental cleans) and grass seed removal. We treat a multitude of orthopaedic conditions including fractures, hip dislocation, knee cap dislocation, achilles ligament rupture, jaw resection and joint fusion (arthrodesis). For cruciate repairs we offer four options which include TPLO (the gold standard), TTO, MMP and lateral sutures.
