Goodheat is an authentic wood-fired sauna in Kaiteriteri. Located on Kaiteriteri Beach, our cork-clad sauna is steps from the sea allowing for cold plunging in-between each sauna session. Everything from the bench height to the large volume of stones is carefully considered so that you can experience the most even heat. The cork cladding helps maintain an ideal temperature of 85degC. Communal and private bookings are available online.
