At Brick Eatery we're taking humble ingredients and using smoke, char, wood and fire to bring something new to the Nelson food scene. With a touch of nostalgia our aim is to incorporate the 'nose to tail' philosophy as much as possible so nothing is wasted. Our style is people and produce driven with an emphasis on sustainably sourced produce with a sense of provenance and the story of the people producing it.
