Nelson Environment Centre

At 6 Vivian Place, the Nelson Environment Centre operates our ReUse Shops (Op Shop) & E-product recycling. Our ReUse Shops are a treasure hunter's heaven, filled with all sorts of secondhand items - DIY, furniture, household goods & appliances, clothing & shoes, sports equipment, tools, books, toys, & much more! Since 1976, the Nelson Environment Centre has worked to help Nelson Tasman to live more sustainably. Our key purpose is to provide sustainability education & impact to our community. Today, we are strongly focused on waste minimisation & resource recovery, which enables us to deliver significant social & environmental impact through our core programmes: the ReUse Shops, E-Product Recycling, ReConstruct and Kai Rescue.
