Kia Ora, I am Marisa, Dip. Life Coach and owner of Kokon Coaching. Kokon is the German name for cocoon and has been inspired by my vision to create and hold a safe space during all of my coaching sessions that enables my clients to grow and transform. Life coaching is helpful for so many situations when one feels lost, stuck, at a crossroad or facing major changes (such as a separation or career change). It focuses on what is in the presence and how to achieve certain milestones, goals and mindsets in the future. My coaching approach is intuitive and action driven, I love providing my clients with a toolkit of exercises they can use and reuse to navigate through the rough waters in life.
