I hand sharpen knives, scissors, food processor and blender blades, gardening tools and pretty much anything else with an edge. And yes, I can sharpen serrated bread knives and pinking shears too. Other services I offer include resetting bevels on knives, regrinding and shaping broken tips, regrinding bolsters and knife heels to make knives close down on cutting boards.
