I have been massaging physical and emotional tensions out of bodies for 5 years now and have a great knowledge of muscle anatomy - I will never stop learning. Many of my clients are office workers who constantly experience lower/upper back pain, aching shoulders and frequent headaches - a blend of deep and superficial techniques are used in these massages. Others come to see me to escape for an hour from their racing thoughts, anxiety or depression - slow, rhythmical, flowing strokes are applied to evoke a deep state of relaxation. Every 'body' that steps through my door is welcome and nurtured.
