Mohaka Rafting

Mohaka Rafting provides day as well as multi-day raft trips on grade 2, 3, and Grade 5 water. The grade 2 takes 4 hours with 2 hours on a float trip for young families (recommended minimum age 5 years) - teach the children to swim, or just sit back and relax. The full day grade 3 is our most popular trip. This is the fun run ( min age 12 years). Cliff jumps, gorges, canyons, visit a gold mine and swim rapids during a full day with 4 to 5 hours on the water. On the grade 4/5 full day trip experience; house size boulders, massive cliffs, and geological oddities. This is a serious trip ( min age 16 years). Incredible scenery.
