Dedicated to sustainability, seasonality and foraging, TERESA is a meeting-place where people can savour first-class local produce, great music and a welcoming atmosphere. All the ingredients used in this menu are seasonal - either hand-gathered by us or donated by our community - and work together to showcase Mother Nature at what is considered the most beautiful time of the day: the APERITIVO, from the Latin 'Apero' (which means 'to open').
