Yoga New Zealand registered teacher (Level 4 500 hr) Providing group and private classes in Auckland. My classes are structured to nurture balance and wholeness. We will move carefully through different poses that will develop your alignment and flexibility, while at the same time creating relaxation and mindfulness. My classes place special emphasis on deep breathing in every movement and building core strength, which is key to good posture.

We offer community group classes, mindfulness, sound bath, workshops, private retreats, local and overseas retreats.
