Adrian Chhour - Harcourts Real Estate Salesperson

Entrepreneurial local and experienced property renovator Adrian Chhour is one of a new breed of career real estate professionals. Operating as a licensed salesperson with Harcourts Landed, Adrian is a South Auckland boy born and bred and now lives in Flat Bush. He has a deep affinity for the community, an understanding of the diverse demographics and how that impacts this fast-growing region. On leaving school, Adrian worked as a plasterer and gib stopper in the family firm before moving to Melbourne to join his mother in a fast-food business. He worked long hours and they built up the business to sell 4 1/2 years later. During this time, aged 21 Adrian bought his first home and shortly thereafter another.
