Welcome to Family Fitness, I am a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer. I aspire to help as many women as I can to reach their fitness goals therefore I offer my services at reasonable price. I have a deep love for fitness and I have a great passion for helping out woman who may not have all the knowledge to reach their ultimate goals. Not only do I help you reach your fitness goals but I can help you with other body aches and pains that you may have using certain exercises. I have a kids club where children can play while mothers are training all located in a studio in Mount Roskill.
