We are a Health and Wellness Studio in Mt Maunganui, offering Osteopathy, Massage, Reformer Pilates and Clinical Pilates. We love combining evidence based and artful, intuitive care to assist you in achieving better health. Our Osteopaths treat babies, children and adults and can provide special care for pregnant women and athletes. We use a direct, hands on approach for treating musculoskeletal issues and preventing new injuries. All our Pilates sessions use reformers and being exclusive to 4 clients you'll be looked after at any level of experience and physical ability. We also offer special classes for pregnancy, post-partum and for back pain prevention, as well as private sessions for a completely tailored approach.
