The Well is located in Mount Maunganui and was founded by Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Massage Therapist Katie Davies. Katie provides naturopathic consultations, health coaching and massage therapy to support optimal health and well-being. As a naturopath Katie utilises a holistic approach, identifying underlying causes likely contributing to a client's health concern, before creating a comprehensive treatment plan that includes wholefood nutrition, lifestyle education, nutritional supplements, and herbal medicine. Katie has over 20 years of massage experience and incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular technique to support relaxation, stress and pain relief.
