There's just too much to do, not enough time, and no way for even the best leaders to manage every moving part. We were tired of seeing great ideas go unused and unacknowledged in workplaces. Again and again, top-down approaches led to inefficient project management. This environment not only damaged productivity, but it was causing burnout for team members who wanted to have a meaningful impact. We wanted to create a better way for teams to approach change.
