Kyokushin Karate Auckland

Kyokushinkai karate classes for adults and children. We're a small but dedicated club, located in the heart of Auckland. Sensei - Ron Discombe 6 dan Kuokushinkai karate is good for fitness, self-defense and helps to develop self confidence. If you'd like to try Kyokushin Karate, well done: A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. We'd like to make that first step as easy as possible. Currently we have an adult class training Mondays and Wednesdays 7.00pm to 8.30pm at St Alban's Hall. There is no need to give a call or arrange a visit, but we won't stop you if you would like to talk about your first visit. Nevertheless, you can just come and give it a try.
