Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a wonderful opportunity to practice yoga with your baby, with benefits for both of you. Strength, energy levels and relief from common postnatal problems for mum, and many physical and physiological benefits for baby.
You can enjoy bonding with your baby in an informal, no-pressure setting. The class consists of yoga for you, for your baby in the form of playful movements and some interactive poses. We also use rhymes and actions to include the babies in our practice.
We finish with a cuppa and a catch up giving you an opportunity to get to know other mums.
