Denimo Fitness is lead by Denis Milkin, an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder with a passion for getting results in an optimal, fun and sustainable manner. We offer online nutrition coaching for fat loss, muscle gain, general body transformations and competition contest prep. This entails an individual diet based on the client's needs, with weekly progress check ins. Personal training is at St Luke's and Three Kings locations.
