Under The Hood BBQ is Nelson's home of Low n Slow Barbecue, run by Dave and Michelle King. 2024 Winner of the Business Innovation Award. We offer full catering for all sorts of events, from groups of 20 right up to 500 people. We cook in our BBQ kitchen and then come and serve full buffet style at your location of choice. We can also bring our custom designed BBQ Smoker Trailer to you! We run BBQ Classes, which have seen over 1800 guests attend from right across NZ and abroad right here in Nelson, New Zealand.
