Mike and Sheree, who have lived in Morrinsville for over 25 years, saw a gap in the market for people requiring secure storage facilities. Mike, who is a licensed building practitioner with over 35 years of building expertise, built all 26 units on their existing commercial site. By choosing to construct the units, Mike controlled the quality of each build and made certain they met his high standards.
