Sheridan Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy is assisted stretching that focuses on the connective tissue, fascia. FST is pain-free and uses circulatory, gently oscillating movements, plus traction, to decompress joints and expand space in the body. You'll experience decompression and a greater range of motion. Stretching also reduces inflammation, hydrates the tissues, helps sports performance, and reduces pain. Great for athletes or sedentary workers, injury and surgery recovery, low back pain and sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and so much more.
