Shelly Bay Baker

Sam Forbes is a bread head and he's on a quest to produce the tastiest, healthiest bread on the planet. A chef from the age of 15, he established Shelly Bay Baker in 2017. He outgrew the small bakery in Shelly Bay and is now based at 133A Park Road in Miramar. Sam designed and built this new facility which includes a bakery, a flour mill and a small retail shop. In 2023 Shelly Bay Baker opened a downtown cafe and bread shop on Leeds Street where it offers a range of hot foods, sandwiches and baked goods as well as coffee and other refreshments.
