Our gentle and non-invasive holistic therapies at Mind, Body and Me can work for the whole family, from babies to adults, and can help restore your mind and body to their optimal state of health. At our two clinics, we offer four holistic approaches to healing: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Homeopathy, Myofascial Release and Ayurvedic Massage.
