My goal is to change lives through the art and science of Pilates. In my small home-based studio, I offer private sessions and small group classes. In a welcoming and friendly environment, it is the perfect place for clients to achieve their fitness goals, gain more core strength and improve athletic performance. Whether you suffer from poor posture, chronic/acute injuries, want to reduce back pain or just wish to improve your overall well-being - Pilates is the ideal choice for you! Private sessions are mainly on premium equipment (Stott Pilates), supplemented by accessories to assist or challenge the exercise. Group classes are on the mat, supplemented by accessories to assist or challenge the exercise.
