Since 2011 I have provided over 600 employee & employer clients employment law representation on either an hourly or contingency basis re employment agreements; investigation & disciplinary meetings; proposed redundancy; unjustified/constructive dismissal; unjustified disadvantage; unpaid wages/holiday pay; health & safety; and bullying & discrimination breaches. I focus on achieving agreed early settlements, but failing that representing clients in mediation or before the Employment Relations Authority. I qualified LLB from Auckland University in 1976 ; was admitted to the Bar of the High Court of New Zealand in 1977.
