Lengthen and strengthen your body, let the movement and your breath work together to create a strong, long pilates body! I have been teaching for 14 years here in Lower Hutt. My classes are friendly and I will guide you with building blocks if need be and encourage you to challenge yourself when your pilates body is ready!
