Starting the business in 1998 as a sole trader I have specialised in relaxation aromatherapy massage, relaxing the body can help to elimination most stresses. Tension builds up during work causing tension in the body, giving yourself the hour to relax and wind-down will help improve health and well being. I call myself an Integrated Body Therapist as I added to my modalities of Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies and Life Coaching skills.
