Masey's Boxing + Fitness provide private Boxing and fitness sessions to clients who want to try something new, acquire new skills, get into shape and have fun while doing it! We are best suited for beginners but are more than happy for more experienced clients who want to brush off the old cobwebs and get back into it. Ever thought of getting into boxing/martial arts but group settings such as a gym isn't your thing? Masey's private 1 on 1 sessions is the option for you. Maybe you just don't have the time/resources to get to the gym? WE COME TO YOU, and can have a great workout at your place. Family run business.
