Kia Ora, I am a Personal Trainer at SkyFit24 Dunedin and Mosgiel. I have been working at SkyFit24 for four years and have trained many individuals from general population, special populations, to strength and conditioning. I also offer online training, so if you are a member at another gym, or you prefer to train from home I can create a programme for you to use. They are all individually tailored.
