The Prospector is a locally-owned-and-operated cafe, bar and accommodation in beautiful Lawrence. In addition to our Dunedin-roasted 'Grid' coffee, we serve breakfast, lunch, home-baked sweet treats, and a large range of cabinet food. We also offer hot food from our menu and a range of beer and wine in our licensed cafe. Our comfortable budget accommodation, with a choice of ensuite twin single and queen-bedded rooms, can accommodate up to 16 guests which makes us an ideal choice for small groups.
