OBrien Design Consulting Ltd provides architectural design services, preparing plans for new houses, renovations, extensions, and additions. We offer expertise in the design of onsite wastewater (TP58) for new builds and failed system replacement along with the preparation of Onsite Wastewater Site Suitability Reports for subdivisions. Stormwater design services (TP10) and assistance with obtaining resource consent are also available. OBrien Design Consulting are not your usual architectural design firm that drafts plans only. We incorporate site planning including onsite wastewater and stormwater design, working alongside Far North District Council requirements to achieve building consent.
