I'm Alex- dietitian, mum, and founder of Wellful. I am a fertility and pregnancy specialist dietitian working with mums, dads, and parents-to be to support them to get pregnant, enjoy a healthy pregnancy, and optimise baby's first 1000 days. I work with you from anywhere across New Zealand, Singapore, and beyond in virtual 1:1 consultations. I provide science-backed advice and evidence based resources to support you on your way.
