Laura Warren is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Practitioner based in Queenstown. She is the only female Certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor in New Zealand and runs regular corporate and public retreats and workshops teaching the method as well as an overview to a range of Breathwork techniques and cold exposure/contrast therapy. She is also a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor, XPT coach and Breathless Instructor. Laura works with her clients to get to the root cause of health concerns or to peak performance in their chosen field. She combines scientifically validated testing with holistic nutrition & lifestyle advice to get the best results.
