Our Yoga Kapiti

Our Yoga Kapiti is a boutique studio located at Peka Peka beach. Jeannie teaches Power Vinyasa Flow (60-90 min) and Yin Yoga (60 min) classes. Classes often include guided meditations. Jeannie trained with Power Living Australia and Joe Barnett. The smaller class sizes, along with the beautiful location, result in classes that are personalised to your needs, without feeling crowded. Lengthen and strengthen the body, calm the mind. Learn or develop your practice in a safe environment. If you have health or mobility issues, Jeannie will help you learn to modify your practice to enable you to practice safely.
