Torque School of Brazilian JiuJitsu is an IBJJF certified academy led by the Head Professor Fabio Machado. He's ranked as a Black Belt 5th Dan by GM Robson Gracie & FJJ-Rio, the first BJJ federation created by GM Helio Gracie in 1967. Fabio is the only Black Belt IBJJF 3x World Medalist (2x in Las Vegas & 1x at Tijuca Club in Rio de Janeiro) currently teaching in NZ. Fabio has competed at the highest international level and led our competitors to become the Top 1 in NZ, but he's also a family man who understands what it takes to live a balanced life.
