ABOUT UKU WHENUA I started UKU WHENUA as a platform to share these beautiful taonga with you, this is something I've always held close to my heart, whenua, whakapapa, turangawaewae, ukaipo. Being able to create your very own ipu whenua at home with the help of your whanau is a connection within itself as the foundation and connection to taha wairua, taha tinana, taha whanau. As I navigate my way back home to the far north 'Muriwhenua' I'd like to share these taonga with you along the way, Arohanui x Rikki-Lee
