Under new ownership since July 2023, Waipapakauri Hotel is a classic old Pub. First established in 1890, and rebuilt in 1917, it boasts a rich history and longstanding place in the community, a lot of which is displayed on the walls. We offer modest, affordable and clean motel and cabin accommodation, as well as parking for self contained vehicles. NZMCA book offer does not apply under new ownership. We have a range of food, coffee and our famous home made pies available, and the beer is always cold! Conveniently placed on the main road, SH1 on your way to Cape Reinga.
