Kaikohe Shelter Trimmers has a skilled operator and a purpose built machine based upon a MTX 150 McCormack chassis boasting 150+ hp, the cutting boom a re-purposed Palfinger providing 14M reach. Though weighing in at around 10.5T, purpose fitted wheels and tires to minimize foot print damage. Capabilities: It can be used to trim sides and top of hedges, cut and reform over grown trees, hedges and shelter belts, farm races, driveways and some road sides etc. Based in Kaikohe and services a 40klm radius from home base.
