Hypnobirthing is a beautiful programme including self-hypnosis, deep relaxation, special breathing techniques, visualisations, affirmations and childbirth education. It is an in-depth understanding of what happens during your baby's birth. It will provide you with a knowledge of labour and birth and how you release any fears you may have. Hypnobirthing returns to a woman the art of birthing in a way that allows her to call upon her own natural birthing instincts and to birth her baby in safety and with ease. I also offer the beautiful Hypnomothering programme to support your postpartum period. In addition I am able to support you as your birth and postpartum Doula.
