The Southern most Hot Yoga studio in New Zealand. We teach the Original Hot Yoga sequence 26&2, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Hatha and Yin along with Inferno Hot Pilates and Animal Flow. With 5 teachers, we have classes 7 days of the week that will suit everybody. Need to unwind those tired muscles and release tension?
