Welcome to XL Performance Taekwondo in Invercargill, we are dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages and abilities through the practice of taekwondo. Led by Master Brock, a 4th Dan black belt with over 27 years of experience, our club offers a variety of classes for both children and adults of all skill levels. Our classes are designed to help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while learning the techniques, principles and values including Respect, Honesty and Self-control. Our instructors provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow.
