Gourmet Gannet Bakery

Gourmet Gannet is a small bakery with a big heart. Its success is attributed to a team of talented and dedicated people who strive to create and be their best every day. Our focus is on quality, making everything from scratch and sourcing local seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Why is our sourdough so good? Because the process takes over 30 hours. Starting with the first ferment, through to bulk fermenting, hand shaping and a final overnight rest before baking which starts at 4am in the morning. Come and visit us! We have a stall in the Catalina Bay farmers market open weekends and our main bakery is just out the back, open Thursday - Sunday.
