We are a group and personal training gym located in Havelock North delivering high-quality, expertly programmed Functional Fitness classes that are designed to challenge both your body and your mind. Our unique style of training offers variety and flexibility, continuing to challenge our fittest members, while also adapting to the needs of those with injuries or who are new to exercise.
