As commercial counsel, we assist clients in a range of activities including customer and supplier contract negotiations, securing equity and finance, assisting with targeting products to global markets, management reviews, family succession and structure advice.
We enjoy working closely with clients and with this we have formed a boutique advisory firm iuxta, to focus on working with a selected number of clients as their commercial counsel.
