Soothe my Soul - Bowen Therapy & Massage Hawkes Bay

Bowen Therapy is a relaxing 1hour session. I make a series of gentle movements on the body at specific points, working through clothing. Bowen is working on the nervous system, and can stimulate lymphatic drainage. You may notice better sleep, more energy, improved posture & alignment, pain relief, hormonal balance, anxiety and stress management, and so much more... I love working with kids, adults, babies, and elderly because I know that every 'body' can be better with Bowen!
