Adults, Teens and Children's Self Defence and martial Arts Classes located at 112 Market Street North, above the Asian Rest We have been operating since 1994 and have received many awards for the high quality of our training programs. Children's classes are Self Defence based (we actively participate in tournaments) and center around our Character Development / bullying awareness training program developed by us with the assistance of recognized dojo owners in Australia and the USA, school INSTRUCTORS. With our parents providing feedback that we draw on to guide out future programs in the right direction. Adults and Teens classes are very popular and again heavily focused in Self Defence but including kick boxing as our second style.
