HB ITF Taekwon-Do NZ ITF

We teach the original Taekwon-Do (ITF) Martial Art version as created by Founder General Choi Hong Hi. We provide classes for both mainstream and special needs students. Our training is safe, inclusive and beneficial for all who are involved. We have a gym area with various equipment to help all achieve fitness/strength goals. We offer day and evening classes. We offer personal training at set times through the week.
